Return and Refund Policy

At Dustee Creations, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received an item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.

We will initiate a refund using your original payment method if your return is approved. Depending on your card issuer's policies, you may receive the credit within a few days.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

- On SALE items
- Personalized items
- Gift cards

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
